Totally recommend for a weekend stopover

Cozy room, superb breakfast. thoughtful touches made by the owners, and the breakfast was superb with friendly staff there to assist you.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room had fabulous decor and was exceptionally clean, showcasing a thoughtful array of amenities that made the stay pleasant. The location offered quick access to the Crich Tram Museum, making it a perfect base for a couple's day...  

The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the array of pastries and the full English. The evening garden atmosphere after hours was a lovely touch.

Loved the cozy vibes!

We spent a night in a Deluxe King Room and it was so comfy! The breakfast was a highlight—got to pick what we wanted. Super cool that they had Derbyshire books around. Only thing was the parking was a bit tight at times. Overall a pretty fab stay!

I loved the beautiful breakfast spread and the cozy decor of the room, especially the thoughtful touch of earbuds and cotton discs in the shower. I would definitely return!

The room offered excellent comfort and cleanliness, perfectly accentuated by a lovely cafe that served an outstanding breakfast. The friendly hosts went above and beyond to accommodate early breakfast requests, showcasing their fantastic service. The location was ideal, with quick access to the train station and scenic walks nearby. limited parking options were slightly inconvenient, and access for those with mobility issues could use improvement.

The room was cozy and well appointed with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. Linen and towels were provided, along with a private bathroom. The breakfast spread was impressive with freshly baked pastries and hot options. The beautiful garden patio was a lovely spot to relax. The staff's attention to detail was top-notch.

The Family Tree features elegantly decorated rooms with cozy furnishings that made my stay delightful. The accessible layout was easy to navigate, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings, especially the fresh croissants and organic juices....

Charming atmosphere and cozy rooms. The playground for kids is a nice touch. The breakfast area felt a bit crowded.

The comfortable king room made for a restful night. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of bubble bath and cotton wool, which added a touch of luxury.

Some areas of the common space could use more attention.

My stay at Family Tree B&B was delightful! The breakfast options impressed me—everything from fresh fruit to hot meals. The staff created a warm atmosphere, making me feel right at home. the room had a slight damp smell that needed attention. a lovely experience.
